We are looking a people person who acts as central point of contact and supports instructors, students, and lecturers, handles administrative, logistical, and communicational tasks related our courses.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting in-house and mobile courses and conferences in all aspects related to logistics, catering, materials, certificates etc.
- Providing travel related support to external speakers related to in-house and mobile courses and conferences.
- Assisting Chief Financial Officer in everyday business.
- Providing staff members administrative support.
- Replacing temporarily the Senior Administrative Specialist.
Qualification:
- Higher education in the relevant field.
- Practical experience in event management or other related domain.
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in administration.
- Fluent in English and Estonian.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in intense work settings.
- A team player.
