During his visit to Estonia, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski stated that Poland will join the Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in 2011.
At the CCD COE, Mr Sikorski met with Chief of Staff LTC Martin Gürtler to learn more about the Centre’s key activities and plans for the future. He pledged that Poland will delegate a cyber security expert to work at the Centre as of 2011.
Mr Sikorski’s agenda in Tallinn featured meetings with President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Foreign Minister Urmas Paet and Defence Minister Jaak Aaviksoo. The talks addressed among other things the outcome of the NATO Summit in Lisbon.
