NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence is proud to announce the Call for Papers for the anniversary Conference on Cyber Conflict in 2018, CyCon X. To celebrate the milestone the cyber security community is invited to shape the focus of the 10th CyCon. Instead of setting a predefined core topic for this conference, the research community is welcomed to submit original research papers on their choice of the most topical and current cyber security issues, from technical, legal, policy, strategy or military perspectives.
In 2009 NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence conducted its first cyber security conferences. At the time, two separate conferences were organised, focusing on legal and technological aspects and research of cyber conflict. Now, after 9 iterations, the International Conference on Cyber Conflict is a unique annual conference hosting all focus areas of cyber conflict in a single event. CyCon brings together the different tribes of cyber defence – techies, lawyers, researchers, policy advisors, industry experts, government officials and military top brass.
