Tomáš Minárik

Tomáš Minárik was a researcher in the NATO CCD COE’s Law Branch. His research focused on the legal aspects of cyberspace operations (the International Cyber Law: Interactive Toolkit project), the activities of international organisations in cyberspace (the INCYDER project), the right to privacy, and anonymity networks. He helped to prepare and execute the legal play of the Locked Shields and Crossed Swords exercises and is responsible for the legal track of the CyCon conference.

He has worked as a legal adviser at the National Cyber Security Centre of the Czech Republic and, before that, at the International Law Department of the Czech Ministry of Defence. He holds a law degree from Charles University in Prague.
